Contacting Anne
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a short message so Anne can respond. Please keep your first message brief and avoid detailed medical information or sensitive information about other people.
Submitted enquiries are sent using Amazon Web Services’ email service to Anne’s Microsoft 365 mailbox. The website uses UK-region AWS hosting. Information in your email is available to Anne and to the service providers needed to operate the website and email. Enquiry content is not added to MerchantIO customer records.
Unfinished messages
Once you open the form, a necessary secure cookie identifies your private draft. Unfinished messages are encrypted and recoverable in the same browser for up to 24 hours. An encrypted device copy helps protect against a lost connection; reopening it requires an internet connection and the original browser cookie. Clearing browser data can remove recovery access.
Use Clear draft to remove this tab’s saved message, especially on a shared device. Other tabs may have separate drafts. Successful submission removes the matching draft; later unsent edits are retained. Expired server recovery records are removed by scheduled cleanup. Browser copies are removed on the next form visit after expiry.
For spam prevention and duplicate-send checks, the website temporarily stores keyed hashes of network addresses, random submission references and sending status. It does not log message text. These technical records expire after their applicable rate-limit window or 24 hours. Email received by Anne is separate from a website draft; contact Anne about access, correction, deletion or how long correspondence is retained.
Necessary cookies
The secure enquiry recovery cookie is necessary for this form. No Google Ads or analytics tag is enabled in this release. Any future optional measurement will have separate consent controls.
